Our love story with Yuma started in 2018 when we discovered the Foothills sunshine, friendly neighbors, and laid-back lifestyle. By 2020 it was our second home, and by 2024, we made it forever.

After 26 years in the Air Force, Jeremy traded in top-secret missions for something way more delicious—serving up food that makes people smile. He takes pride in using quality ingredients, keeping portions hearty, and prices fair. You’ll  find him at the truck, greeting you by name, swapping stories, and flashing his signature smile.

Melissa keeps the Hut humming—handling the marketing, the books, greeting guests with a smile, trying to keep Jeremy in line, and yes, even frying up the good stuff on Sundays.

Together, we built Hula Hut as a place where neighbors can gather, laugh, and eat without leaving the desert.
